Kodiak Island Housing Authority was created by state statute in 1978 to assist low to moderate-income families with safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities on Kodiak Island.
We offer a variety of rental housing opportunities. Kodiak Island Housing Authority manages low-income apartments in Kodiak, Ouzinkie and Larsen Bay for singles and families and a low-income apartment complex in Kodiak for elders and disabled. Kodiak Island Housing Authority owns Harborview and Cliffwood apartments in Kodiak for moderate-income singles and families. We also operate the rental assistance and student rental assistance programs. These programs assist families in their rental payments within the local community and students who attend schools of higher learning.
We have a housing program to meet your needs. Peruse our web pages, and contact one of our housing specialists today.
